Suzanne Pleshette


Suzanne Pleshette (January 31, 1937 until January 19th 2008) was an American theatre, film television, and voice actress. Pleshette started out as a theatre actress. She appeared in films during the 1950s in the latter half of the decade. Later, Pleshette was a prominent actor in movies such as Rome Adventure (1962), Alfred Hitchcock’s The Birds (633) and Spirited Away (12001). She also appeared in numerous TV productions, mostly as guest actors, and played Emily Hartley on The Bob Newhart Show from 1972 until 1978, receiving several Emmy Award nominations for her performance.
